Purpose of the study . Testing new chemotherapeutic agents in translational and biology medicine needs studies on immortalized cell lines. However, such models do not always have biological properties a tumor situ, contrast to primary cultures. Primary cultures lung cancer cells biological, morphological molecular characteristics close or identical vivo. Obtaining collections lines is an important task creating various for preclinical studies. Materials methods The materials are represented by postoperative samples obtained from 25 patients with newly diagnosed without prior treatment. following were used obtain cultures: enzymatic dissociation Hanks' solution addition 300 units/ml collagenase I (Thermo Fisher Scientific, USA), using Brain Tumor Dissoсiation Kit (Miltenyi Biotec, Germany) 150 units/ml. ml I, as well method explants. remove fibroblasts: use FibrOut™ system (CHI magnetic separation fibroblasts Anti-Fibroblast MicroBeads Germany), cold trypsinization.
